JKBOSE Notification: Scrutiny for Unfair Means Allegations in Class 10th Exams Srinagar, June 2024 – The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification concerning candidates from the Kashmir Division who appeared for the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Annual/Regular-2024 (Hard Zone).
The board has identified certain candidates, listed by their roll numbers, who are alleged to have engaged in unfair means or misconduct during the examinations.
for Hearing:To ensure a fair review, JKBOSE has decided to give these candidates a chance to present their cases.
The candidates are required to appear before the Unfair Means (UFM) Committee for a detailed scrutiny and disposal of their cases. The hearings are scheduled as follows:– Date: 3rd June 2024 (Monday)– Time: 10:30 A.M.–
Venue: Office Chamber of Joint Secretary Secrecy/UFM Kashmir Division, New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar.Mandatory Requirements:Candidates must bring their admit cards (Roll No slips) to the hearing. This document is essential for identification and verification purposes.
Consequences of Non-Attendance:Candidates who fail to appear before the UFM Committee on the specified date will have their cases decided based on the available records and evidence. JKBOSE has stated that no further claims or appeals will be entertained from those who do not attend the hearing.
